Ingredients

• 3 cups Broccoli stems, julienned

• 2 cups Broccoli florets

• 1 cup Carrots, julienned

• 1 cup Red cabbage, thinly sliced

• ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced

• ½ cup Toasted sliced almonds

• 1/3 cup Dried cranberries

• 1 cup coleslaw dressing

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix the broccoli stems, florets, carrots, cabbage, onion, almonds, and cranberries.

2. Drizzle with ¾ of the dressing and toss until evenly coated, adding more dressing if needed. Top with more almonds and cranberries, then serve.
